**About us**
The People and Culture team aims to provide strategic, procedural, and legislative support and advice covering Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, Workforce Planning, Strategy and Transformation, Workplace Health and Safety, Employee Services, Recruitment, and HR Technology Systems.
**Your role**
Key responsibilities
- Support the day to day operations of recruitment activities, engaging with stakeholders across the University on appropriate recruitment solutions and strategies.
- Attract and source talent through a variety of recruitment tools to deliver contemporary and high quality recruitment outcomes.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment policies, selection processes and labour market trends.
- Foster strong relationships and collaboration with Hiring Managers to influence recruitment decisions.
- Utilise talent pools through the ATS, building a strong pipeline of prospective hires that align to the University’s mission and culture.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to uplift service delivery to University stakeholders.
**About you**
Your excellent communication and engagement skills will allow you to build positive relationships that effect recruitment decisions across the University. You will be experienced in facilitating the full recruitment process, including screening and selection, competency-based interviewing and pre-employment compliance. You will be a team player and enjoy being part of a national team, with colleagues based across different campuses.
