**About your new role**

Reporting to the Group Workforce Planning Manager and based in either Brisbane, Gold Coast or Sydney, the Manager Workforce Analytics is responsible for leading and managing the workforce analytics function. This role involves developing and implementing analytics strategies to support People & Performance and business leaders in making data-driven decisions around labour management. Additionally, you will develop, manage and maintain the system of work that provides the analytics required for wage compliance activities (BOOT).

Leading a team of up to 4 Analysts and Data Specialists, you will partner with key stakeholders across the business to define and prioritise key analytics projects, developing and implementing predictive models to anticipate future workforce trends and inform labour management practices, reducing risk of wage non-compliance.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business Analytics
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in workforce analytics or related field
- Demonstrated experience in demand/resource planning and wage compliance (BOOT)
- Lean Six Sigma qualified preferred
- Exposure to a casino and/or gaming and labour analysis preferred
- Strong analytical and data visualisation skills, with experience in statistical analysis and predictive modelling
- Experience in managing and developing a team of workforce analysts
- Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to breakdown complex information and present in a simple & effective manner
- Understanding of resource planning methodologies, Enterprise Agreements & optimisation methodologies
