**About the Role**:
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting and welcoming patients into the clinic.
- Building rapport with patients.
- Scheduling and managing the appointment book.
- Communicating and explaining treatment plans to patients.
- Patient recall management.
- Specialist referrals and Lab work coordination.
- Receiving payments, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
- Managing and ordering stock.
- Lab Work Management.
- Maintaining rigorous hygiene protocols for both the clinic and lab.

**About You**:

- Has a **minimum of 2 years of dental experience.**:

- Possesses a highly professional demeanor and great personal presentation.
- Has the ability to think on your feet while maintaining an eye for detail.
- Possesses a passion for holistic patient care.
- Is willing to work in a collaborative and dynamic team.
- Has sound computer skills; experience with **HICAPS and D4W** is advantageous but not essential.
