East Coast Soccer School (ECSS) is a skills-based soccer program designed for players aged 5-15 years old. Our goal is to develop the complete footballer by providing players with a great place to train, learn and develop their football capability.

We are looking for a Football Program Manager to join our growing team at East Coast Soccer School (ECSS). If you are passionate about football and making an impact in the lives of young footballers we would love to hear from you

In this role, you'll get to:

- Partner with an AWESOME team
- Manage ECSS competition teams
- Prepare communication for parents and ECSS coaches
- Coach teams
- Recruit the best talent for our teams
- Prepare and deliver school holiday camps in 2 locations (Woy Woy and Wyong)
- Coordination of our Football Development League (6-week competition)
- Support with planning, setup and delivery of our weekly Futsal Development Programs (Woy Woy and Lake Haven)
- Coordinate our school program and support the delivery of our program in schools

Position details
- This is a multi-facet role including:

- Team Coordinator
- Event Coordinator
- Head of School Programs
- This position is a part-time role, with flexible hours (outside of events)
- Event bonus opportunities are available
- Availability in school holidays
- Availability on weekends

Qualifications / Experience
- Experience in managing or coaching sporting teams
- Event management and / or co-ordination
- Coaching qualification / experience required
- Experience playing or coaching Football is highly desired
- Good written and communications skills
- Proven organisational skills for managing multiple teams / tasks / events
- Must be reliable and have your own transport

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Job Qualifications
- Passion for Football / Soccer and a flare for event management
- Proficiency with g suite
- Positive attitude and strong can do work ethic
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage numerous teams and events at once
- Willingness to ask questions, give their input, accept advice and take direction
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication and attention to detail
- Ability to work in school holidays and occasional weekends
- Strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn
