Elections Project Advisor (two roles)
- Full-Time, Fixed Term (until February 2027)
- VPS Grade 4.1 ($97,955 - $111,142 plus superannuation)

- Location update: This role will commence at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, and relocate to 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne from November 2025.

**What you will be doing**
- Designing and implementing procedures and processes that support the delivery of electoral events within the Event Strategy and Delivery branch
- Managing a small team of project officers and casual staff to conduct key deliverables

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of projects
- Proven experience leading and monitoring a team involved in multiple projects
- High-level verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced business environment
- Commitment to the VEC's core values
