**RN-1** As a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential nursing services in a variety of health service settings, where your skills and expertise will have a direct impact on patient care. This role offers you the opportunity to evolve from a novice practitioner to a proficient and confident healthcare professional, supported by continuous development and experience. You’ll have the chance to consolidate your knowledge and build on your clinical capabilities, all while delivering compassionate care to patients.
At this level, you will take responsibility for your own standards of nursing care and ensure that delegated activities are carried out with the highest level of professionalism. You’ll work within a supportive and collaborative team environment, where accountability and growth are key to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. If you’re looking for a role that allows you to further develop your nursing practice and make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you
**RN-2**As a Clinical Nurse (CN) within the Mental Health Care Program (MHCP), you will provide expert mental health nursing care across a variety of settings. With your experience and/or further study, you will be expected to continue your professional development, advancing from a competent to proficient practitioner. In this pivotal role, you’ll not only be accountable for your own practice standards but also for the delegation of activities and the guidance of less experienced staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your professional growth while making a significant impact on patient care.
While the CN role is predominantly clinical, you will also have the chance to engage in diverse activities aligned with your career development plan and the priorities of the MHCP. These may include involvement in clinical teaching, research, or participation in key MHCP-wide projects such as developing clinical protocols, process mapping, and contributing to complex initiatives. If you are a driven, skilled mental health professional looking to expand your career while shaping the future of mental health nursing, we’d love to hear from you
