**About the Role**

**AHP-2** As a Youth Clinician within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused services to young people. Your role will involve providing comprehensive care coordination, including care planning, mental health assessments, and psychosocial evaluations, all while working closely with young people, their families, and carers. Your aim will be to stabilise mental health, build capacity for self-management, and support young people in participating in valued community activities, ultimately improving their functioning and well-being.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by providing specialist assessments, therapy, and crisis management, while also engaging in advocacy and supporting integrated care. You will work closely with other mental health teams, primary care providers, and both government and non-government organisations to enhance the quality of care provided. Additionally, this role offers the chance to contribute to service improvements, research, and education, further advancing both your professional growth and the development of mental health services.

**RN-2** As a Clinical Nurse (CN) within the Mental Health Clinical Program (MHCP), you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health nursing care across a variety of settings. Your practice, shaped by both experience and ongoing professional development, will move from competent to proficient, as you continue to enhance your skills. You will be accountable for maintaining your practice standards and will provide guidance to less experienced staff, ensuring exceptional care for consumers. While your role is predominantly clinical, there are opportunities to align with your career development through involvement in service-wide projects and initiatives.
