**The role**

This is an opportunity to pave a rewarding career where you can really make a difference No two days will ever be the same when you are providing support to individuals in their own homes. You will be assisting with personal care and providing support to assist individuals living in their own homes.
In this role you will provide In Home support in West Pymble, St Leonards and Chatswood on 1:1 basis.
**Shifts are as per below**:
Monday - Sunday 7am-10am/4pm-7pm
Monday - 6-8:30am/Monday - 6-8pm
Tuesday - 6-8:30am
Thursday 6-8:30am/Thursday 6-8pm
Friday 6-8:30am
Saturday 6-8pm/Sunday 8-10:30am

**About you**:

- You may be an experienced Disability Support Worker looking for a change, or student looking for work flexible school hours
- Experience with high intensity care and manual handling
- Creative Mindset
- Culturally Aware
- Support & assist achieving individuals’ goals

**What we'd like to see**:

- Certificate III or IV in individual support, aged care or disability or an Allied Health qualification
- Caring, nurturing & empathetic
- Active, Energetic, Reliable & Compassionate
- Ability to have or obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check & Orientation Module, Working with Children's Check, First Aid/CPR & Covid Vaccination
- Valid Driver’s License With Vehicle & Comprehensive Insurance
