**About the Role**

A Casual position supporting clients with Complex Mental Health and Physical/Intellectual Disabilities in a 1:1 setting within their home and in the community. Your duties may include:

- Community Access
- Personal care, domestic assistance, cooking meals and other activities of daily living
- Manage accurate and detailed shift reports including progress notes and incident reports
- Manual Handling, Medication administration, PEG Feeding, Bladder & Bowel Care

**Must have**
- 6 months experience supporting individuals with disability
- At least 3 Covid-19 Vaccinations
- Current CPR, FIRST AID
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) & NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain)
- Qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health or related fields is highly desirable
- NSW Drivers Licence & Comprehensive car insurance preferred
