We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated **Team Leader** to provide expert clinical and operational leadership within our **Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)**. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for mental health, a strong clinical background, and the ability to guide and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care to young people, including those experiencing early psychosis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical & Operational Leadership**: Provide supervision, guidance, and expert clinical leadership to a team of clinicians working with young people with complex mental health conditions.
- **Case Load & Coordination**: Manage your own clinical caseload while overseeing team coordination and ensuring efficient service delivery.
- **Consultation & Collaboration**: Act as a key point of contact for staff and managers across mental health and general health teams, as well as relevant external agencies, providing expert consultation and fostering collaboration.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements, including risk management protocols, and facilitate appropriate notifications as required.

**This is a Multi-Disciplinary role and Graded as the following.**
- Nurse Manager Grade 2
- Social Worker Level 4
- Occupational Therapist Level 4
- Senior Psychologist

**About You**
- Qualifications in a mental health-related discipline - Social Work (AASW eligibility), Registered Nurse, Registered Psychologist, or Occupational Therapist (with 3 years of full registration), and a current Australian Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including clinical supervision, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Extensive clinical experience in mental health, child & adolescent mental health, and/or drug and alcohol services.
- Strong partnership-building and negotiation skills across multiple service providers.
