Northcott is currently looking for 2 committed, caring and professional individuals to join our Supported Living Team in Campbelltown. One permanent part-time role (30 hrs per fortnight) and one casual role are available.

**Typical duties might include**:

- Supporting customers to develop and maintain independence;
- Supporting customers with personal care including bowel care, and other health and hygiene issues such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering;
- Undertaking various household tasks including cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping and other community access activities.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Experience supporting customers with intellectual and physical disability;
- A current Australian Driver's Licence and confidence to drive a large wheelchair accessible van;
- Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our customers;
- Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships with our customers and to support their individual care plans;
- Team players with flexibility to work casual shifts on a 24/7 rotating roster - including morning, afternoon and active night shifts, as well as weekend and public holiday shifts;
- NSW Working With Children Check
- NDIS Worker Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Evidence of compliance with any Public Health Orders applicable at the time - including evidence of a COVID-19 vaccination or medical contraindication certificate if applicable to you.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
