**The Role**
As a Spotlight Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Leading a high-performing team in a big box, high-volume retail environment
- Utilising your strong business acumen and P&L knowledge to drive success and sale goals
- Mentoring and empowering your team to grow into future leaders
- Managing performance and implementing development plans
- Overseeing high-volume stock and inventory management
- Leading by example in all areas of the business

**About You**
We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven retail management experience, especially in a high-volume or big box environment
- A leadership style that demonstrates ownership and accountability
- A passion for motivating teams to exceed goals
- Experience with performance management and staff development
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and time management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer systems
- First Aid certification (or willingness to complete training, covered by us)

- Full working Rights within Australia
- Availability across weekends and late night trade
- Full time availability of average 38 hours per week
