**About the role**
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our international team to provide support to overseas nurses who are making the move to live and work in Australia. The primary focus of this role is to source and onboard suitably skilled and experienced nurses to meet the ever-changing market demand, ensuring compliance is always adhered to.

Responsibilities will include:

- End to end recruitment activities
- Build and maintain quality talent pools
- Ensure visa compliance
- Liaise with migration agents
- Provide ongoing support and care to nurses

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience recruiting internationally and have proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment position. You will be professional, self-motivated and have a genuine desire to become part of our growing team.

You will possess the following:

- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Personable and professional manner
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and nurses
- Outstanding communication skills
- High level organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience recruiting within the healthcare industry will be highly regarded
