Strategix Training Group is expanding and is currently looking for Trainers/Assessors in the Rockingham / Armadale area (training at both sites 2 days per week)

ABOUT US
We are a highly regarded RTO that provides nationally accredited training. Our aim is to not only develop the knowledge and skills but to also build confidence, self-esteem and create life-changing moments for our students.

We are currently looking for trainers/assessors to deliver the following course:

- Diploma of Community Services

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant and current industry experience for the qualification you are training
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Diploma of Community Services

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated recent classroom training and assessment experience
- Experience in Community Services
- Demonstrated classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine interest and passion for helping others
- Strong personal organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills

**Salary**: $75,640.00 - $77,510.00 per year
