Strategix Training Group is expanding and are currently looking for Trainers/Assessors in the South Perth / Rockingham area.

ABOUT US
We are a highly regarded RTO who provides nationally accredited training. Our aim is to not only develop the knowledge and skills, but to also build confidence, self-esteem and create life changing moments for our students.

We are currently looking for trainer/assessors to deliver the following course:

- Certificate III Early Child Education and Care (**CHC30121)**

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant and current industry experience for the qualification you are training
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated recent classroom training and assessment experience
- Relevant and current aged/disability sector knowledge and experience (min. 3 years)
- Demonstrated classroom management and communication skills
- A genuine interest and passion for helping others
- Strong personal organisational and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to build rapport with industry for student placements.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
