**Company Description** We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic bar attendant to join the team at 'Miss Mi' and Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne. ‘Miss Mi’ provides a culinary journey through Southeast Asia; from the lanes and alleys of Shanghai to the markets of Bangkok, 'Miss Mi' embraces the new while honouring the past - creating a multi-sensory dining experience. The successful applicants will become part of a friendly team who all thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the benefits that come with working for a busy venue. Experience in a high-volume bar and cocktail making is preferred. If you can provide a high level of service and have some fun along the way, then this job is right for you. This is a full time role, however part time would be considered for the right person. **Job Description** The Role** - You are an experienced bartender, who loves creating some funky beverages, shaking cocktails and spirits and thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced venue. - You will have made a few martinis and interesting mixed drinks in your time, perhaps you even have a few of your own creations up your sleeve? - You will be a person who lives and breathes the hospitality industry and is well versed in the bar, while schmoozing the guests and generally being an all-round awesome person and a team player - Jump in from time to time to help the other areas of the operations, which will had some variety into your day. - Miss Mi Bar and Restaurant is all about serving great food and beverages in a fun environment with, humour and expertise - in one of the city's best locations. **Qualifications** What we're looking for**: - Experience as a Bar Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced, high-volume venue. - Knowledge of cocktails, cocktail making and beverage production, spirits, wine and beer and know what is on-trend. - Creative flair. - Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service. - Adaptable and able to multi-task. - Time management skills. - Excellent attention to detail. - Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude. - Able and willing to work a rotating 7-day roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. - Must have RSA certificate. **Additional Information** In return we will offer you** - Discounted accommodation and other benefits across the Accor network - Great career and training opportunities with Accor - An opportunity to be part of a fun and supportive team who love what they do **_ Please note, that you will require full working rights in Australia to be eligible for this position._
