About the role*

As Systems, Quality and Compliance Manager your primary responsibilities are to ensure the development, maintenance, and implementation of all Management Systems is carried out in accordance with the applicable standards and relevant authorities whilst continuously improving the efficiency, usability and effectiveness of the Business Management Systems.

Your responsibilities*
Key responsibilities include but not be limited to the following:

- Lead and manage all ISO certification external audits at a corporate level
- Leading key strategic system improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Ensure professional management systems are maintained and appropriate documentation is developed
- Providing consultancy support to all Departments in undertaking quality improvement projects
- Ensure that appropriate accreditation, quality systems and quality improvement education and training programs for staff are developed and delivered
- Ensure maintenance of 3rd party accreditations
- Perform internal audits and review management system
- Assist all business units through corporate integration processes

What you need*
- Minimum 10 years previous experience in construction industry or similar
- Minimum 5 plus years’ experience working within complex environments within an Audit, Compliance and Quality capacity
- OFSC experience preferred
- Qualifications in systems management standards ISO9001, ISO 14001, AS/NZS 4801.
- Integrated Management Systems Lead Auditor.
- Qualifications in Project Management and or Quality
- C Class Licence
- General Construction Induction (White card)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead, manage, motivate and create a cohesive team.
