Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. **Your responsibilities will include**:
**About you**:

- To be successful you will be an experienced CP Supervisor who demonstrates the following:

- Extensive experience in Command, Control, and Communications systems, particularly within a military or defence context.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully supervising and mentoring staff in operational, personnel, and administrative tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of mission planning systems and the ability to provide specialist advice on their employment.
- Strong understanding of relevant work practices, procedures, and publications within the defence sector, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Excellent experience in managing and inputting flying hour allocations and flying plans into databases such as PEX.
- Familiarity with the Technical Regulatory Framework and ability to supervise operator maintenance accordingly.
- Proficiency in utilising contemporary defence systems, publications, and standards.
- Excellent experience as a Communications Security (COMSEC).
- Account Manager or similar role, with the ability to define and execute necessary duties.
