- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or special needs preferred
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Ability to provide personal and domestic care to the clients who live with disability
- A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people
- Good communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of time management and organisational ability
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
- Minimum 2-3 weekdays of availability on a weekly basis
- Previous experience working as support worker or similar (preferred)

**Essential Requirements**
- Experience in the related field is a must.
- Good communication skills.
- No formal qualification is necessary, however, Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is an advantage.
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check and Working with Children Check.
- Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Base pay**

From $30.61 per hour

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $38.08 per hour
