We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business and Markets Coordinator to support our Victorian Business and Markets function. You’ll play a central role in ensuring alignment and consistency across marketing, business development, client engagement, and CRM activities. Working closely with senior leaders, you will help drive effective market coordination, communications, and engagement strategies.

**The Opportunity**
- Coordinate business and market activities across Victoria, supporting key leaders with admin, meeting management, reporting and streamlined processes.
- Act as the central contact for market and client engagement initiatives, collaborating with teams across business functions and geographies.
- Support the organisation and delivery of external events, internal communications, and leadership updates in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications team.
- Champion CRM best practices—ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and advocating for its use across client engagement activities.
- Provide hands-on support to the Managed Client Program including workshops, client meetings, and contact management.

- Experience working with senior leaders in a fast-paced, professional services environment, with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- A strategic, solution-focused mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and a drive to improve processes.
- High attention to detail with excellent planning, organisation, and multitasking abilities—especially across complex and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—plus proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and collaborative tools like Teams and PowerBI.
- A collaborative and approachable style that fosters trust, promotes teamwork, and contributes to a positive and agile working culture.
