**About the Role**:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to provide high-quality support to clients, helping them achieve their goals and live independently. Duties may include:

- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Community access and social support
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Domestic Cleaning
- Documentation and progress reporting

**What We’re Looking For**:
A genuine desire to support others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexibility with shifts, including weekends and overnights
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Certificate III in Individual Support (Desirable but not required)
