Opening this year, **_Bound_** is a sophisticated and modern café with an integrated bookstore offering a fantastic range of books and gifts. We will be serving premium coffee and bakery products, a selection of made to order platters and pizzas, wines by the glass, premium local spirits and craft beers. This is the perfect space for travellers to unwind and relax before their flight.

We are seeking a number of casual and full-time positions for this concept, with varying roles and responsibilities.

We are looking for **Baristas**, **Kitchenhands**, **Retail assistants**, **Bar & beverage staff**, and **general all-rounders**. We have something for everyone
- Demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced retail or café environment
- Share our passion of providing a great customer service experience
- Communicate convincingly and with confidence
- Demonstrate exceptional presentation standards and a professional approach
- Champion maturity, initiative and a sense of urgency
- Work as part of a team to achieve goals and targets

As we operate in a dynamic airport location our stores operate 7 days a week to meet our customers' needs. With this in mind, you would be expected to be reasonably flexible with your availability to work outside of normal business hours if required.
