Casual Disability Support Worker

The client you will be supporting is very sociable, active, enjoys being outdoors (e.g. fishing) and exploring places. You will be part of a team that supports this male 24/7, and you will engage in a range of support needs to assist him on a daily basis. This role requires companionship, mentoring, positive behaviour support, and guidance. Activities may include assistance with daily living, domestic tasks, administering medication, behaviour management support, transport support, and encouraging participation in community activities.

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)**:
- **First Aid Certificate (essential)**:
- **Covid-19 fully vaccinated (essential)**:
- **Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (essential)**:
- **minimum Certificate III in Disability or similar (essential)**:
- Relevant experience (strongly desired)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Readiness to learn and adapt
