The Vulnerability Management Analyst role is a business focused, yet hands-on technical role, focusing on vulnerability management identification, and supporting our Compliance and technical teams in successful vulnerability remediation. This includes working with our managed services provider to manage our vulnerability identification tools, monitoring and managing integrations used for reporting in ServiceNow, and working with the Compliance team to provide technical knowledge in relation to vulnerabilities and their remediation.

**How you will make an impact**
- Understanding of vulnerability identification scanning technologies
- Service Now integration for vulnerability reporting and dashboarding
- Support for technical teams with vulnerability remediation and false positives investigation
- Investigation of emerging CVEs to assess exposure, risk and determine if emergency patching needs to be enacted
- Understanding of Penetration Testing and ability to support the business in understanding and remediating pen test findings

**What you will bring to the role**
- Previous experience in cyber security with in-depth knowledge of security operations tools, processes, and procedures
- Comprehensive understanding and experience in Vulnerability Management technologies such as Qualys
- Experience understanding and interpreting risk for individual vulnerabilities (eg, vulnerability metrics, CVSS scores)
- Exposure and understanding of Penetration Testing
- Good experience using ITIL service management tools such as Service Now
- Experience working with managed services providers and consultancies
