**About the Role**
BGIS is seeking a Gym Attendant / Lifeguard to join our team in Mosman, NSW. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our fitness facility. If you're passionate about fitness, safety, and exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise gym and pool areas to ensure the safety of all users.
- Provide first aid and emergency care when required.
- Conduct routine safety checks and monitor pool chemical levels.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the gym, pool, and surrounding areas.
- Assist with gym equipment usage, provide advice to members, and ensure the gym floor is organized.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support other staff as needed.

**Rostered Hours**
- Monday to Friday: Morning shift (0600-1600) or afternoon shift (1100-2100).
- Weekends: 0800-1800.

**About You**
- A current First Aid Certificate (essential).
- A current Pool Lifeguard Qualification (essential).
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends.
