**The Opportunity**
Due to extensive growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Associate Director **with proven **Technology Advisory** experience.

This is a multi-faceted role in which you will liaise with multiple clients across multiple projects that could include:

- **Business Transformation**: Developing and delivering transformation strategies, and designing end-to-end operating models
- **Platform Transformation**: Developing a platform strategy, business requirements gathering, business case development, conducting platform and vendor sourcing & selection, implementing platforms, optimizing existing platforms and implementing change strategies

**About you**:
You will be outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution, and you will possess the ability to work at pace, while also being capable of both taking direction and working well independently. You're also an excellent communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels including with c-suites.

**Your Technical Skills**:

- A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar, multi-faceted Consulting environment like the **Big 4 or Tech Consulting**:

- Experience working on **large scale transformation **projects with specific knowledge of various technologies and methodologies
- Working across multiple projects and engagements whilst managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong client engagement and exceptional client relationships
- Ability to help drive and delivery new business through opportunities in market
- Demonstrated experience across **Business and Platform transformation**:

- Development of Technology Implementation roadmaps
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead and drive client workshops coupled with outstanding written skills to produce clear client correspondence and presentations
- Ability to effectively lead, monitor and coach junior team members to help them strive and achieve great outcomes
- Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills that leads to positive influence, impact and results
- Self-starter who demonstrates ownership, accountability and growth mindset

**Salary**: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
