**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to uphold contract requirements.
- Manage stock, supplies, and cleaning equipment.
- Train and support cleaning staff to improve performance and efficiency.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address service requirements.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a **supervisory role**within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
