These programs are free for schools to engage in and have a wonderful impact on students’ readiness for the careers of tomorrow.

**Your new role**

We are seeking an Educational Program Manager with a passion for STEM to help implement and lead these programs. This is a full time, office based position in North Sydney, with travel required on a regular basis both locally, interstate and occasionally to NZ to support onsite delivery of programs. You will work collaboratively alongside an experienced leader of these programs but will be responsible for leading aspects of these programs in your own right. This role is to commence as soon as possible.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role you will:

- Have excellent program management skills
- High level communication skills, in person, remote, written and presentation skills
- Ability to lead training programs for partners
- Be technologically savvy with an interest in innovation, STEM, and it’s role in education
- Be motivated by having an impact on young people’s lives through effective and engaging education program development and delivery
- High level organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to effectively collect, understand and strategically utilise data and feedback for program improvement
- Be flexible to travel to schools locally, interstate and occasionally to NZ to support the implementation and development of programs.
- Demonstrate a positive, can do attitude.

Applicants do not need to hold any specific qualifications, however a background in teaching, education, or STEM will be highly advantageous.
