**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Pickles Live team based on a rotational basis between our Head Office in Belmore, 2192 and our branch at Milperra, 2214. This position is a casual role, working across Monday - Friday, with 2-3 shifts per week (working around 8 to 16 hours per week). Availability across Tuesday-Thursday as these are the busier days of the department. In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Data entry of auction bids into our Live Online Auctions system
- Relaying information to an auctioneer by phone in a timely manner during Auctions, clear confident speaking voice.
- Auctions are held in real time so a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and quick thinking are a must
- General administrative duties associated with the auction process
- Answering customer and vendor enquiries politely, promptly and accurately
- Liaising effectively with relevant employees at our branches regarding auction bidding
- Flexibility in a casual role, with view to be trained in other administrative duties as required

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- A positive, professional and engaging phone manner
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Reasonably fast typing skills (70 - 80 words per minute)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal & client relationship skills
- Competent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Efficient, organised and able to prioritise competing deadlines
