**About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Web Administration Team Leader, you will be part of a fun, highly-driven and dedicated team that’s customer obsessed. While you won’t be on the front-line, your support in the back-end will be crucial in helping to set the foundations for a seamless customer journey. To achieve this, you will be considered as a second pair of eyes in this cross-functional role, helping to prevent transactional issues, checking upcoming promotions and eDM’s, as well as other critical functions with the Operations Team. Your ability to identify issues, to think critically and analytically, and to ultimately drive outcomes will be key factors to your success in this role.

**Your Focus**:

- Operational sign off on eDMs, banners and capped offers prior to go live;
- Check of campaign and link changes;Audit of site links, website, app and notifier;
- Monitor internal account and sale trends as deals go live;
- Daily review of internal account;
- Review of sale trends for merchants prior to campaigns
- Check of new partner/merchant website setup and monitor their sales transactions as they go live;
- Keep track of off-site/paused merchants and monitor progress of issues;
- Check the tier and offer set up of the Website Administration Team;
- Work closely with Client Service and Operations team and provide clear communication and feedback;
- Check potential issues raised by other teams including Member Services;
- Monitor product releases for any transactional issues;
- Monitor and report on any outstanding issues that require escalation;
- Monitor & action incoming external communication from partners regarding changes to their campaigns.
- Update daily offers for specific partner pages and our website homepage.
- Transaction management for selected manual integration partners.
- Assist Operations team in training new staff and documenting internal processes.
- Assist Operations team with Network reviews
- Data administration and ad-hoc tasks as required at direction of the Operations Manager.
- Operations Website Admin Team Leader and the Operations Quality Officer.

- An impeccable eye for detail and a methodical approach with ad hoc and repetitive tasks;
- Ability to see trends and “spot the odd thing out”;
- Ability to keep progress records and proactively follow up on unresolved issues;
- Friendly and professional manner to build business relationships internally and externally;
- Prepared to challenge and be challenged;
- Ability to analyse issues, identify the cause and implement a solution;
- Proficient with MS Office and Google equivalent: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
