**Who we’re looking for**:
A high performing leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills across a broad matrix organisation with a proven track record in leading a team of design and project management experts tasked with the delivery of a full property infrastructure program of works.

**What you’ll be doing**:
The objective of the Workspace & Construction Program Manager role is to manage and lead the design and construction team throughout the various stages of Virgin Australia’s property infrastructure program of works, including business stakeholder specifications, planning, design and construction.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Are an established people leader at program level or functional level (3+ years)
- Have a minimum 10yrs experience working in major infrastructure industry or in organisations with significant infrastructure portfolio as a technical expert or at management level.
- Come with a proven track record of delivering complex programs of work in large corporate environments
- Have a proven track record of communicating at all levels with key internal and external stakeholders
- Are a natural at influencing and negotiation
- Have strong financial and commercial acumen complemented by your exceptional analytical and strategic problem solving skills
- Have a tertiary qualifications in project management, building & construction, architecture or engineering
- Have some experience in an airport operating environment (desirable)
- Have previously worked with a national or international facilities infrastructure portfolio (desirable)
- Come with knowledge of emerging trends in workplace design and sustainability in the built environment space (desirable)
- Have had procurement & commercial negotiation experience with third party suppliers, contractors and subcontractors (desirable)
