**Your role**:
**Your key responsibilities**:

- Proactive Account Management of an assigned set of Clients, providing Product solutions (Hardware and Software)
- Ownership of complex hardware opportunities
- Identifying new hardware opportunities within assigned clients, as well as new revenue across various sectors including Govt, Council, Large Commercial, University.
- Identifying and responding to Product “RFX”
- Forecasting, Pipeline and Opportunity management of assigned accounts/opportunities.
- Create a strong working relationship with Vendors/Distributors and Suppliers.
- Complete Vendor training and certification, grow skill set and learn about new technologies.
- Supporting the Brennan Sales & Presales teams for Product queries.
- Assist Clients with all commercial queries, quotes, ETAs, and orders

**Skills you need to be successful in the role**:

- A proven track record in a hardware presales environment
- Excellent knowledge of IT processes and underlying technology
- Self-motivated, task-focused, able to use your own initiative and work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Manage time effectively and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines
- Delivery of consistent and exceptional customer service experience
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform and work well under pressure
- A passion for sales and building a career within the industry
