Join Fantastic Furniture as an Inventory Coordinator
Are you a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator with a passion for ensuring accurate and efficient inventory control? We are seeking a talented Inventory Coordinator to work alongside our Distribution Centre (DC) teams to support the investigation of stock load and stock discrepancies and broadly ensuring that stock quantities and locations is maintained to an accurate standard - ensuring the receiving, picking and despatch operations within the DC are executed effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cycle counts per agreed schedule to ensure integrity and accuracy of the inventory is maintained and / or improved.
- Conduct investigations and find appropriate solutions in relation to inventory-related matters.
- Assist with the execution of biannual stock take.
- Research Inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them.
- Monitoring and controlling Inventory integrity. Resolve Inventory problems in a timely manner.
- Assess damage products.
- Communicate with stakeholders and responding to all queries within the agreed SLA
- Collaborate with our team members to ensure efficiency, excellent customer service and creative problem resolution.
- Support the Box Pick process.
- Conduct QC checks (inbound, staging auditing and outbound).
- Product damage investigation (disposal and auction).
- Provide Input and feedback at all times and at all stages of the process to ensure a successful stocktake.

**Essential**:

- Intermediate Excel Skills and strong Microsoft Office experience
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
