We are seeking **Kitchen Hands **for our** Mornington **Home

**About the role**:
As a **Kitchen Hand** you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation, presentation, serving and clean-up of meals to our residents. You will bring a strong commitment to customer service and food safety. You will play an important role in committing to working safely within your team and promoting a positive outlook on the wellbeing of our residents.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with monitoring and recording requirements of the Food Safety Program
- Contribute to a clean and safe working environment to ensure the safety of our residents, visitors and staff
- Ensure all Kitchen cleaning tasks meet CraigCare standards
- Preparation and cleaning in accordance with defined cleaning standards
- Understanding residents special dietary requirements

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (medium to large Kitchen)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Previous experience in Hospitality ‘back of house’, Kitchen operations
- Sound knowledge of Food Safety Standards
