We are seeking a **Laundry Hand** for our** Mornington **Home

**About the role**:
As a **Laundry Hand**, you will work to a roster ensuring cleaning/laundry services are completed in line with our commercial laundry operations and safety standards.

**About you**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (ideally within an Aged Care/Home Care setting but not essential)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and autonomously
- Sound knowledge of hygienic cleaning practices and infection control
- A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding that the role can be physically demanding at times
- Understanding of safety including manual handling practices
- Ability to work a mix of varying shifts
