We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Operations Improvement team on a full-time, permanent basis as an Analyst.

This role will be responsible for delivering a broad range of analytics and data management tasks to provide key insights for maximising operational performance.

**The key deliverables for the role are**:
- Prepare benchmark analysis, summarise competitor performance and provide strategic insights from related industries;- Streamline key data collection methods from internal and external sources;- Utilise and continually develop best practice principles in data analytics;- Support strategic planning of Operations and assist in enabling the delivery of the group wide tactical plan;- Increase productivity through the automation of data workbooks, BI reports, and other analytical tools;- Distil and visualise data to develop insights to maximise operational performance;- Assist with the development of processes, tools, templates and expertise in the team;- Communicate recommendations or findings via Business case and Presentation; and- Deliver insights which will contribute to profitable decision making across the Operations business.- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or similar;- Minimum 2 years’ experience within either a professional services, management consulting, corporate strategy & planning investment banking, or agricultural environment;- Experience with Power BI reporting and data analysis;- Excellent written communication skills - ability to prepare reports, business plans, and other documentation;- An ability to understand complex issues and develop/adapt analytical tools to provide resolutions; and**What we offer**
