Graduate Portfolio Analyst

**About the role.**

We are currently searching for a Graduate Portfolio Analyst to join our team based in Hamilton on a full time basis. You will be critical in supporting the Group Chief Portfolio Officer on global projects, across all areas of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assist in coordinating and managing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diverse projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct thorough analysis of portfolio data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
- Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to support informed business decisions.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Monitor initiative performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

**About you.**
- A recent graduate of Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail orientation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
