**Are you ready to join our team?**
**_Shift Hours_** - Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues (8am - 4pm)
**Skills and Expertise You bring to the role**:
- Manage a busy switchboard and arrange appointments
- Updating resident and staff lists
- Filing & archiving
- General administration support to the Admin Coordinator
- Attend to any messages and deliver as appropriate
- Open and date stamp all incoming mail daily and distribute accordingly
- Maintain office equipment and organise service calls as needed
- Monitor and order toner supplies as required
- Maintain a stock of all stationary supplies and re-order if necessary, on a weekly basis
- Monitor franking machine supplies and reorder if necessary
- Monitor recycling boxes for used printer cartridges and call for a pickup if necessary. Record on system
- Monitor condition of courier bags. If needed, order a new one
- Effective communication is paramount between all departments
