**The Role**
The HSEQ & MF (mental fitness) Advisor will work with all levels of the business, with the primary function of implementing and promoting all necessary Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Mental Fitness requirements for the business's successful operation. This role will focus on the communication of CE Group's HSEQ procedures and current legislative requirements to ensure a safe working environment is provided for all employees and stakeholders.

This will suit someone who has a genuine passion for safety and wants to play a role in helping develop a culture of HSEQ ownership, awareness and leadership across projects.

**The Position**:

- Lead the safety culture by driving culture and compliance through the development of relationships;
- Will support construction projects in every facet of HSEQ, from initiation to compeltion.
- Conduct internal audits, ensuring compliance to safety practices, and subsequent reporting;
- Ensure all onsite safety procedures are communicated and adopted by all working personnel including site visits and toolbox talks;
- Assist in the development, and implementation of improvement strategies in regards to workplace health, environment and safety;
- Assist in the implementation of Company Quality Management Plans and HSE Management Plans;
- Assist in the faciliation of external audit activity toward maintenance of third party accreditations;
- Complete incident investigations, executive close outs and associated reporting requirements; and
- Generally provide advice and service to all areas of the construction operations in the field of Workplace Health, Safety, Environmetn, and Quality.

This role will require the applicant to travel to work sites in and around the operational region, which may include international travel.

- You have knowledge of the Electrical industry in either qualification or experience;
