Choice Consultancy is seeking a compassionate individual to provide assistance to an elderly male who uses a wheelchair and has cerebral palsy and an intellectual disability. It would be beneficial to have some level of familiarity and experience in this field as the family is searching for a long-term caretaker who can establish a positive relationship with their loved one.

Our team offers some flexibility with shifts and we are happy to accommodate your needs. If possible, we would like to schedule you for Mondays and Thursdays from 7am to 10am, with the option of extending until 11am to allow for some social activities after the hydrotherapy sessions. In addition to the hydrotherapy sessions, we would also appreciate your assistance with showering and changing at the pools

The additional shifts that we have available for your assistance are on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7am to 9am. During these shifts, you will be helping him get ready for work and take him to Canning Vale. Once he's at work, your role will be to assist him in getting organized. On weekends, the family would prefer your help on Saturdays from 10am onwards. During this time, you are free to provide social support and help him connect with any cerebral palsy-related activities or organizations that may be of interest to him.

So essentially it is
- Mondays and Thursdays - 7am to 10am ( possibly even 11am or longer)

Tuesdays and Wednesdays - 7am to 9am

Saturdays fortnightly - 10am - however long the client and yourself are needing

NDIS worker screening will need to be obtained

Police Check and any relevant qualifications

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
