**Avivo provide support to people with frailty, disability or mental illness to live in their own home. **Our Support Workers work alongside people, from all walks of life, giving them a helping hand to live their life.**

We are looking for caring, flexible and capable Support Workers to join our Toodyay Support Team This position will support our customers in **Toodyay & surrounding areas. **This includes the Bolgart, Yerecoin**, **Calingiri, Clackline, Bakers Hill & Wundowie areas.**

The role will work across aged care, disability and mental illness sectors engaging in a range of care needs to assist individuals to remain living within their home. There are no 'typical days' but it may include domestic assistance, personal care or community supports (which could be shopping, appointments, social activities or events).

**You'll need**:

- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Values that align with ours
- Availability to attend paid training during the week
- Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude to help ensure our customers receive flexible and individualised support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one; Avivo will help cover the cost of the clearance if you need to apply
- ** Flexible availability to work a range of shifts from Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm, and occasional weekends.**

Not going to lie, it can be tricky at times. So a positive attitude, compassion and resilience is a must have Our team will provide you with the necessary training and support to ensure you are set up for success from the very beginning of your Avivo journey.

**What’s in it for you?**
- An hourly rate between $23.16 and $31.41 per hour plus super and afternoon/evening shift loading, weekend penalties and all leave accruals
- If you have a relevant Cert 3 you'll get $30.46 per hour
- If you have a relevant Cert 4 or above you'll get $31.41 per hour
- Option to Salary Package up to $18,550 to reduce taxable income - meaning you can legitimately pay less tax and increase your take-home pay
- Gain a nationally recognised Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support through our on the job Traineeship program.

- As a part time employee you'll accrue annual leave and sick leave and while you're on annual leave you'll get 17.5% leave loading
