Therapy Assistant

Provide tailored massage therapy and support to our client under the direction of Physiotherapist
- Ability to provide remedial massage and Physical therapy for Clients with Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Supranuclear Palsy
- Collaborate with treating Physiotherapists and other Allied Health Professionals for ultimate patient care and outcomes.

**The successful applicant must possess**:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage, Certificate IV or equivalent qualifications
- Overseas qualifications experience as a Physiotherapist, Exercise physiologist, equivalent
- Have the right to work and live in Australia
- Student placement
- Physiotherapist /Exercise Physiotherapist
- High communication and interpersonal skills
- Understand and practice person-centered care
- High self-confidence
- Team player
- Current First aid & CPR certificates
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $20.40 - $46.31 per hour
Schedule:
- Shift work
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chermside QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Physiotherapy, Exercise Physio: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Full Driver Licence (required)
- CPR & First Aid (required)
- NDIS Worker screening/ Yellow Card (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
