PERSOLKELLY IS partnering with our client, a National leader in the manufacture of building and interior design products, to recruit an experienced Maintenance Manager. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is a new position to lead the maintenance team to enable optimal and reliable operation of the manufacturing facility. Your time will be split roughly 50/50 between office-based duties and floor-based supervising and team coaching. You will ideally spend very mínimal time on the tools. This will be a full time Monday - Friday role, with a flexible start time of 6am or 7am depending on your needs and the company needs.

The Person:

- Degree level education in engineering discipline and or Trade Certificate with extensive management experience
- Demonstrated experience / skills in engineering, maintenance, or project management
- Experience in managing operational maintenance function and implementing best practice
- Communication skills at all levels
- Experience in wood products facilities would be highly advantageous
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting training and demonstrated skills
