Maintenance Manager

They care about their people, treating their team with kindness and fairness. They are experiencing phenomenal growth and need to find the right Maintenance Manager to support them on this journey.
This role represents an incredible opportunity to make your mark, with an exciting mandate to create a proactive and high-performance Maintenance Function that helps improve efficiency and production outputs. You’ll inherit a team of fitters and will be responsible for maintenance across a 24/6 operation. With the need to drive a preventative maintenance system, ensuring interruption to production is kept to a minimum. Whilst also managing an inventory of spare parts.
Ideally, you’ll have an engineering degree, which will support strong system thinking and the ability to improve processes. This is a high-tech production facility, which has components of mechanical, electrical and mechatronic components involved. It’s also preferred that you have electrical experience, to allow you to diagnose issues as they arise and better still a REL license.
What’s just as important as your prior experience in a maintenance management role, is the pride in what you do. If there is a lull in workload, you’ll want to dive into projects that will improve things for the future. If there is a repetitive issue, you find the root cause and fix it for the long term. You enjoy leading teams and helping them to be the best they can be.
