**Housekeeping Service Manager**

Quest Port Adelaide is a modern serviced apartment hotel located on the waterfront at 36 North Parade, just 15 km northwest of Adelaide's CBD. The property offers 104 contemporary apartments. In Mid-2025, the hotel will expand with the opening of Quest Port Adelaide II, a six-storey development adjacent to the original building. This project will add an additional 88 serviced apartments featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the position involves managing the day to day housekeeping and houseperson operations and be hands on in the delivery of housekeeping and room attendant services for the apartments and cleaning of common areas to ensure the presentation of our property in accordance with the high standards of the Quest Brand.

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Respond to all guest requests for items to be delivered to our rooms
- Collect and stock all linens in order to assist your Housekeeping team
- Completing the daily task worksheets accurately and legibly, forwarding the completed sheets to Housekeeping Management and reporting any incomplete tasks
- Occasionally moving of heavy furniture, bulky items, changing of sheets, bedspreads, fixing curtains, adding extra bedding and cots within the Housekeeping or guest areas
- Assist with the public area cleaning throughout the day
- Greet all guest with whom you come into contact with and assist them with any special requests they may have

Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping position in a business environment is essential and qualifications in hospitality would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shift, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $60,602.17 - $88,458.86 per year
