**About Our Personal Care Workers**:
You are the heart and soul of our organisation, delivering our mission by partnering with members of our community to support their fullness of life. Our Personal Care Workers work in the community to support our elderly customers with personal care, cleaning, shopping and companionship.
You will build strong connections with our rostering team and your supervisor, who are on hand to support you.
**About You**:
We are currently seeking Personal Care Workers with experience in Home & Community Care, who are willing to travel to client homes to provide care, to join our friendly and professional team.
Our clients located in City of Merri-bek (Moreland) and surrounding areas.
You will be friendly, caring and resilient. A true professional who genuinely wants the best for your clients.
You will bring the following
- Minimum of Certificate III (Aged Care/Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Cert IV Disability, OR Bach/Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it)
Current minimum Level 2 First Aid Certificate
Recent Police Check specific to working with vulnerable people (within 3 months) or be willing to get one through us
Own roadworthy vehicle and valid Australian Driver's Licence (please note, International Driver's Licence is not accepted for this role)
Your own smartphone (either Android or Apple)
Good verbal and written communication and basic computer skills required
2 doses of Covid-19 Vaccine (mandatory)
Medication training will be highly regarded
