**About The Position**

Reporting to the Team Lead Customer Due Diligence, you will be Responsible for completing analysis and remediation of complex customers to uplift the Corporation’s compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements at the highest level, as directed by manager

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Analyse and understand high net worth customer data (premium trades).
- Identify the need for Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) on high-risk customers.
- Adhere to AML/CTF/ESG, KYC and Data security standards to meet obligations.
- Reviewing customer data in aligned remediation groupings, as outlined in the project’s remediation workflow and strategy. Having a particular focus on complex entities such as domestic/foreign companies, trusts and partnerships.
- Reviewing documents including identification documents against specified criteria as outlined in internal policies and/ or project guidelines.
- Updating tracking metrics, including tracking for remediation groupings completed and outstanding.
- High level of detail and accuracy in delivery of all activities, including data entry, communication and record keeping.
- Identifying and escalating unusual activity or indicators of financial crime to manager.
- Identifying and escalating customer records which do not meet the parameters of remediation/ the organisation’s risk appetite as outlined in the project remediation strategy and guidelines.
- Assist Management and Team Leader with ongoing coaching and training for other staff.
- Deliver process changes within the contact centre.
- Support additional initiatives as directed by Team Leads.
- Undertake quality control checks on completed work.
- Repatriate data back into Gold Corporation systems.
- Contacting internal and/ or external individuals as directed by the project remediation guidelines and as supervised by manager.

**About You**
- Over two (2) years of demonstrated KYC/AML experience in a corporate environment on complex customer types (companies, trusts, partnerships).
- Financial services experience desirable including insurance, banking, bullion services etc.
