**How will I help?**

Our branches are an important part of the communities they’re based in - and as a **Customer Service Leader**, you’ll have an important role to play in helping the community to get the best possible banking experience. Combining your business know-how with your passion for people, you’ll work with your Regional General Manager and your branch team to coach and motivate a diverse, dynamic and collaborative bunch of frontline Bankers to reach even greater heights. You’ll prove to our customers every day why they’ve come to the right place for all their financial needs - and that you’re just as invested in the local community as they are

This is a full-time, branch-based role and the hours are across and inclusive of **Monday**to**Friday**.

**How will I help?**
- Drive customer **acquisition**, **service**and **retention**- building genuine connections with our customers and the community
- Lead and uplift frontline staff through **training**, **mentoring**and **performance**management**:

- **Contribute to driving results**that have a clear, positive and direct impact on overall **branch performance**:

- Work **collaboratively**with the Bank Manager and your Bankers to create a **supportive**and **high-performing**environment where everyone contributes to shared goals and celebrates collective success

**What do I need?**
- **Leadership**experience, ideally gained in a Retail Banking environment (preferred, not essential)
- **High-energy**, with experience in **mentoring**others**to achieve **shared business objectives**:

- Experience of **working to KPIs and targets**(both sales and customer-based)
- Ability to effectively **de-escalate**and address challenging situations by using strong **communication**and **problem-solving**skills
- A **collaborative mindset**with the ability to foster team spirit
- Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business
