**SIA Support Services** is looking for a caring and dedicated **Female Disability Support Worker** to start immediately

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has experience working with **autistic participants**, **ADHD**, and **children**.
- Holds a **valid driver’s license** and has access to a **reliable car**.
- Is passionate about supporting community access and enriching lives.

**Added Advantage**:

- Experience in disability support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to the unique needs of each participant.

**Tasks Include**:

- Providing **community access** support.
- **Picking up and dropping off** participants at school and extracurricular activities.
- Assisting with daily routines and fostering independence.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:
