South Melbourne Care Services is looking for someone who can provide care and support for the following:
- Austism (including speech and cognitive impairment)
- Mental Health
- Eating disorders
- Behaviours of concern
to be successful you must have expierance in the above along with the following
- Expierance with children
- Expierance with cooking, cleaning, following strict dietary requiments
- Expierance in personal care
- Expierance with Play therapy
- Expierance being around pets
- Expierance following a strict behavioural care plan
- Flexibility in hours and times
**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fitzroy, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Developmental disabilities: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
